Accompanied by a snippet of Ozzy‘s reflective track “See You on the Other Side”, Kelly‘s message read in full: “I’ve sat down to write this a hundred times and still don’t know if the words will ever feel like enough… but from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

A funeral procession for Ozzy was held in his birthplace of Birmingham, England, the same city that hosted the Back to the Beginning concert in July — a massive celebration of his life and legacy. Thousands gathered at the Black Sabbath bridge and memorial bench to honor the Prince of Darkness.
The Osbourne family arrived in a black car, stepping out to greet the crowd and see the sea of floral arrangements, keepsakes, and handwritten tributes left in recent days.
Central BID Birmingham later confirmed that these tributes were collected with the family’s blessing: “We’ve now collected the heartfelt tributes left for Ozzy with the Osbourne family’s blessing. Each message will now be respectfully sorted and sent to his family. The flowers will be recycled for the family to include within their garden.”

The following day, July 31, a private funeral was held at the Osbourne family estate in Buckinghamshire. The intimate gathering included close friends, family members, and several of Ozzy‘s musical peers.
Reports indicate that Ozzy‘s final resting place will be near a peaceful ornamental lake on the property. Along the lake’s edge sits a striking floral arrangement that reads “OZZY FUCKING OSBOURNE”, which is just so goddamn Ozzy.
