SHARON OSBOURNE Confirms Ozzfest 2027 For Birmingham & North America


During a recent episode of The Osbournes podcast, Sharon Osbourne shared new details about the long-awaited revival of Ozzfest.

Sharon confirmed that Ozzfest will officially return in 2027, launching as a two-day event at Villa Park, home of Aston Villa F.C., in Birmingham, United Kingdom. The festival will then expand to North America for an additional two-day event.

“We wanna do two days in Aston Villa and then come to America,” Sharon explained. “And we wanna hear from everyone where we should go in America. And also we’ve gotta find a lot of young, new talent, because that’s what Ozzy would want.”

Unlike its classic traveling format, Ozzfest 2027 will not initially be a touring festival. Sharon noted that the team plans to gauge demand before potentially taking it on the road in 2028 and beyond.

“And then see how it does. And then if people want it, we’ll be there [in the] following years,” she said.

Reflecting on what made Ozzfest stand apart from other festivals, Sharon emphasized its unique atmosphere: “It was more fun… There was never anybody jockeying for position or thought they were better than anyone else. It was a summer camp.”

She also hinted at possible future performers, saying she would love to “see Rob Halford there,” suggesting that Judas Priest could potentially be part of a future lineup.

Sharon also discussed Ozzfest’s return during a February 6 appearance at MIDEM 2026 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. She recalled that the last Ozzfest event took place in 2018 at The Forum, shortly before Ozzy Osbourne became seriously ill.

“There was no plans to stop it,” she said. “Ozzy and I would talk about it, and he’d say, ‘Do you think Ozzfest would work without me?’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, it’s a brand. It will work without you.’ And he said, ‘We should do it.'”

2026 NCAA Tournament Men’s teams to watch

Now that you know where to play 2026 NCAA Men’s Bracket Games, here are some teams to watch as the Tournament approaches: 

Florida Gators: Don’t look now, but the defending national champions are back in the mix. The seventh-ranked Gators entered the weekend on an eight-game winning streak and were atop the SEC standings. Florida features a balanced scoring attack with six players averaging double-figure scoring. They are led by junior forward Thomas Haugh, who is averaging 16.9 points, six rebounds and two assists. The Gators are 5-3 against ranked opponents, including recent wins over Alabama and Kentucky.

Arizona Wildcats: Arizona opened the season with 23 consecutive victories before suffering its first loss against Kansas on Feb. 9. The Wildcats went on to lose their second straight against Texas Tech, but they’ve picked up several impressive victories this season, including wins over Houston, BYU, UConn, Alabama and Florida. Arizona features a plethora of offensive playmakers, and the Wildcats can cause havoc on the defensive end of the floor as well. 2026 NCAA Tournament Women’s teams to watch

Now that you know where to play 2026 NCAA Women’s Bracket Games, here are some teams to watch as the 2026 NCAA Tournament approaches: 

UCLA Bruins: Cori Chase’s squad made the Final Four for the first time in program history last season and are cementing their status as a contender in 2026. The Bruins are off to a 26-1 start with a perfect 16-0 mark in the Big Ten and Lauren Betts continues to dominate after an All-American season in 2024-25. The center is averaging 16.7 points, 8.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.3 blocks per game and leads an experienced UCLA roster whose top six scorers are all seniors.

Vanderbilt Commodores: Vanderbilt has used NIL to reshape its athletic department as has found success in football and men’s basketball. However, the women’s squad might be the university’s best shot at a national championship this season, as the Commodores are 24-3 overall and 10-3 in the SEC. Jurors heard Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s deposition for the first time as the State of New Mexico’s case against Meta continued in court.The state alleges Meta’s platforms allow harmful content and sexual exploitation to persist, putting children at risk. At the center of the case is whether Meta knowingly allowed dangerous conditions to continue on its platforms and how much responsibility the company bears in protecting children.During a deposition played for the jury, Zuckerberg was asked whether child safety is important to him and the company. He responded, “Yes, of course.”When asked by prosecutors, “Do you believe that Meta bears any responsibility for these horrific crimes?” Zuckerberg said, “I think that our responsibility is to develop tools that can help identify people like this and prevent these things from happening.”Zuckerberg described those responsible for harmful activity as “adversarial actors who are looking at ways to skirt our systems,” adding, “We will continue to try to improve them, to do the best that we possibly can.”He also addressed the limits of software systems, saying, “I don’t think that the standard for our platforms would be that you should assume that it will never be perfect.”Testimony focused in part on Meta’s use of end-to-end encryption. “Encryption basically makes it so that Meta does not see people’s messages directly,” Zuckerberg said. He noted that the only way Meta can access those messages is if a user reports them.Prosecutors asked, “Meta should work as hard as it can, but not at the expense of encrypted messages. Right?”Zuckerberg responded that privacy and safety must be balanced. “Our job is to build products that balance these things in appropriate ways. Safety is obviously extremely important. Popular Texas-based convenience store Buc-ee’s is primed for a massive expansion as it continues to move beyond its home state.

What Is Buc-ee’s?

Buc-ee’s does everything big. Ever since opening its first location in 1982, the chain has set several world records for its over-the-top facilities.

The Buc-ee’s in Luling, Texas, for example, earned the distinction of being the world’s largest convenience store, coming in at a whopping 75,593 square feet. Head to the Buc-ee’s in Katy, Texas, and you’ll find the world’s largest car wash with a 255-foot conveyor.

Head inside and you’ll be greeted with endless food options from barbecue to the popular Beaver nuggets snacks. It’s easy to see how Buc-ee’s has developed a dedicated following.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ally Sentnor scored in the 55th minute as the United States beat Canada 1-0 on Wednesday in the SheBelieves Cup tournament.

Sentnor scored her seventh international goal off a corner from Rose Lavelle, gathering the ball from a bounce before punching it past two defenders and Canada goalkeeper Kailen Sheridan.

It was the United States’ seventh straight shutout. The team hasn’t allowed a goal since a 3-1 win over Portugal last October.

The United States sat atop the SheBelieves table with two wins, ahead of Canada and Colombia, who have one each. The Colombians defeated Argentina 1-0 in the earlier match Wednesday at ScottsMiracle-Gro Stadium.

The United States is 55-4-9 against Canada since their first meeting in 1986. The U.S. won the last meeting 3-0 in July of 2025.

The Canadians’ last win in the series came at the Tokyo Olympics. Jessie Fleming converted a penalty in a 1-0 semifinal victory as Canada went on to win the gold medal.

U.S. coach Emma Hayes included Trinity Rodman in the starting lineup despite Rodman taking a hit in the back late in Sunday’s 2-0 SheBelieves victory over Argentina in Nashville. Rodman struggled with a nagging back injury last year.

Canada, which defeated Colombia 4-1 in the tournament opener, was without Fleming because of an illness.

The game was scoreless after the first half despite the United States dominating possession by nearly 70%.

Sentnor, who plays professionally for the Kansas City Current, broke the stalemate with her third goal of the year. The 22-year-old was named U.S. Soccer’s young player of the year in 2024.

Colombia will play the United States on Saturday in the tournament finale in Harrison, New Jersey. Canada plays Argentina in the early game.

It is the 11th annual SheBelieves Cup hosted by the United States. Canada was making its fourth appearance in the tournament.

BEIJING — China has set an economic growth target of 4.5% to 5% for this year, a slight decrease in the face of a prolonged property slump and other headwinds and uncertainty abroad.

The target was announced Thursday in an annual report being presented by Premier Li Qiang at the opening session of this year’s meeting of the National People’s Congress. The report set the goal and added “while striving for better in practice.”

The target was lowered from about 5% in each of the last three years. The economy grew 5% in 2025. Setting a range of 4.5% to 5% gives the government more leeway to adjust policies this year.

This year’s meeting of the 3,000-strong rubber-stamp legislature will also endorse a five-year plan setting policy priorities until 2030.

“In proposing these targets, we have considered the need to leave some room for structural adjustments, risk prevention, and reform in the opening year of this five-year plan period, so as to lay a solid foundation for delivering better performance in the coming years,” the report said.

It included pledges to build a stronger domestic economy while also furthering Chinese leader Xi Jinping’s ambitions to build China into a global leader in technology.
