A woman died after riding an attraction at Universal Orlando in November, according to a newly released report. The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services report is from October through Dec. 2025.The state said the woman, 70, was riding the Revenge of the Mummy indoor high-speed roller coaster on Nov. 25, 2025, when she became unresponsive. She was later taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead. The report did not reveal the woman’s identity or what caused her death.As for Central Florida’s other theme parks, the report lists six injuries from Walt Disney World, and no reported injuries from SeaWorld Orlando, LEGOLAND Florida or Busch Gardens during the fourth quarter of 2025.
