Will Aaron Tippin Lead the Week’s Most Popular Country Videos?

Date:

Aaron Tippin has just released a new video for his first new song in years. Will Taste of Country readers vote it into the top spot on our weekly countdown of the most popular videos in country music?

Tippin’s new video for “American Sky” celebrates the pillars of his life, with themes of family, faith, country and aviation, which is a lifelong passion of his.

Tippin’s son, Tom, wrote the song, and the country singer filmed the new video at his private airplane hangar outside of Nashville, surrounded by vintage aircraft that he’s collected over the years.

He also enlisted his grandsons to take part in the shoot.

“’American Sky’ is really a song about what I believe in most — family, faith, freedom, and this great country of ours,” Tippin says.

“Tom wrote something that hit me right in the heart the first time I heard it, and when we started filming in my hangar surrounded by these beautiful old planes and my grandsons running around, I knew we had something special. I hope people watch this video and feel that same pride I feel every time I go up in the air and look out over America.”

Rising country singer Myles Morgan also has a new video out for his new song, “Batting 1.000,” and Carly Pearce and the Band Perry have also got new videos that are looking for votes this week:

The countdown has changed significantly from last week, with four videos landing in the Top 10 this week that weren’t there last week.

Ben Gallaher makes a big debut at No. 3 with his new acoustic video for “I’ll Take You,” while Ashley McBryde, Annie Bosko and Tigirlily Gold all re-enter the Top 10 this time around.

Which artist and video has your vote this week?

Taste of Country lets our readers decide their favorite videos in country music each week, so if you want to see your favorite artists win, you’ve got to vote and keep on voting!

Good luck!

Note: Fans can vote for one video, once every hour until the poll closes next Saturday at 12PM ET. The weekly Top 10 will be revealed immediately after the poll closes. Videos are retired after six months, when fans lose interest or when an artist releases a new video for a current single.

Voting results can change slightly after the weekly poll closes, since we tabulate the votes and remove illegitimate votes that skew the results.
