Dramatic dashcam video shows a small plane make an emergency landing on a Pennsylvania interstate, narrowly missing a car.It happened around 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Lehigh County. Pennsylvania State Police said a 1995 Commander 114B plane, operated by a 65-year-old Michigan man, departed from Solberg, New Jersey, attempting to fly to Indiana.According to state police, the pilot reported unknown engine problems and attempted to land at a local airport.But the airport proved to be too far and the plane landed in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 78, near mile marker 45.6 in Weisenberg Township.Police said there were no injuries to the pilot or to the passenger, a 34-year-old woman from New Jersey.State police said the incident is being investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration, Pennsylvania State Police, Weisenberg Township Fire Department, Cetronia Ambulance Corps, PennDOT, ABE Operations and Safety, and Fast Lane Towing.
