UFC fighter Allan Nascimento dies at 34
Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter Allan Nascimento has died, according to the company. He was 34.
According to the UFC, Nascimento “was found unresponsive after suffering an apparent heart attack in his sleep.”
The company said that a medical team attempted to revive him but was unsuccessful, and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
“Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Allan’s family, friends, teammates, and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time,” the UFC said on social media.
Nascimento was a Brazilian native. According to ESPN, he was 22-7 in his career. He last fought on June 20, losing to Mitch Raposo.
