Truelink Capital to Sell Koch Filter for $450 Million

Atmus Filtration Technologies has struck a deal to buy Koch Filter, a maker of air-filtration solutions, from private-equity firm Truelink Capital, for $450 million in cash.

Atmus on Monday said Koch Filter, which targets end markets that include industrial and commercial HVAC, data centers and power generation, generated $156 million in revenue in the fiscal year ended Sept. 30.
