Buses will shuttle those who park at South Capitol to Fort Marcy Park beginning at 5 p.m. Buses will drop off spectators at the corner of Washington Avenue and Paseo de Peralta for walk-in entry. Buses will return to that location and begin shuttle back to South Capitol 30 minutes after the lights come on.
