A Baltimore County school celebrated the retirement of its rehabilitative facility dog.Carmen is stepping away from St. Vincent’s Villa and Villa Maria School after eight years of service.The villa provides residential treatment for children with behavioral and emotional needs, and Carmen has been part of their care.
