A Baltimore County school celebrated the retirement of its rehabilitative facility dog.Carmen is stepping away from St. Vincent’s Villa and Villa Maria School after eight years of service.The villa provides residential treatment for children with behavioral and emotional needs, and Carmen has been part of their care. The school provides similar care to students, and Carmen has helped about 130 children each year.”But not only for the kids, she’s here for families and the staff, as well.
