Sandia National Laboratories are planning to conduct a controlled explosives test. It is set to happen on Wednesday, Jan. 7.The expected time for the testing is between noon and 3 p.m. Wednesday. Some Albuquerque residents could hear an explosion associated with the testing.Sandia laboratories officials said the test supports its national security missions.
