The Sandia National Laboratories plans to hold a controlled explosives test on Thursday, Feb. 26.The test has been planned to happen sometime between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the south side of Kirtland Air Force Base.Some residents in Albuquerque could hear an explosion during the experiment. Black smoke and dust may also be visible.
