Russia’s Lukoil to Sell Gunvor Its International Assets After New U.S. Sanctions

Russia’s Lukoil has agreed to sell its international assets to commodities trader Gunvor after the energy giant was hit by new U.S. sanctions last week. 

The details

Lukoil said Thursday that it had accepted an offer from Gunvor to purchase Lukoil International, which holds the company’s assets across more than 30 countries.
