RUIDOSO, N.M. (KRQE) – The Village of Ruidoso says residents are still experiencing sewer system and water service interruptions because of the recent floods. Village officials say they are working around the clock to make necessary repairs, but face ongoing challenges of new flooding events that undo their progress.
They say residents can help by conserving water when their service is restored to help maintain the water pressure and to avoid driving through flooded areas to prevent additional damage to infrastructure.
