Roswell police seek charged sex offender on 2022 warrant

Law enforcement are still working to find a fugitive who has been wanted for more than three years.The Roswell Police Department said 37-year-old Travis Osserman has been charged with two counts of criminal sexual contact with a minor. The alleged female victims were aged 11 and 12 when the alleged acts were committed in 2021.Police also said an arrest warrant was issued for Osserman in August 2022.
