The 18-year-old bull riding phenom, Noah Lee, struck again at the Cactus Jack Xtreme Bull Riding event in Uvalde, Texas on Saturday night. Lee covered all of his bulls and posted the highest-marked ride of the competition, ending with a total of 265.5 points on three bulls.
