OFFICIALLY BE AT IMPACT LEVEL WINDS FOR ALBUQUERQUE. GOOD. THANK YOU. NEW MEXICO ATTORNEY GENERAL RAUL TORRES IS PUBLICLY DEMANDING THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE RELEASE ALL OF THE EPSTEIN FILES. UNREDACTED. JOHN RUPOLO IS LIVE IN STUDIO TO TELL US MORE. JOHN. YEAH. JASON TORRES SAID THIS WEEK THE LACK OF COOPERATION FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO RELEASE ALL OF THOSE EPSTEIN FILES UNREDACTED IS VERY UNUSUAL. 3.5 MILLION REDACTED PAGES OF EPSTEIN FILES HAVE BEEN RELEASED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN THE PAST YEAR. MILLIONS MORE REMAIN UNRELEASED, INCLUDING NAMES, DOCUMENTS, PICTURES AND SURVIVORS NOT YET IDENTIFIED. NEW MEXICO ATTORNEY GENERAL RAUL TORRES SPOKE ON NATIONAL TV THIS WEEK, SAYING UNREDACTED FILES NEED TO BE RELEASED TO STATE PROSECUTORS. TORRES SAID THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS PREVENTING HIS OFFICE FROM PURSUING LEADS INTO POTENTIAL CRIMINAL ACTIVITY AT ZORRO RANCH. STATE REPRESENTATIVE ANDREA ROMERO CHAIRS NEW MEXICO’S EPSTEIN TRUTH COMMISSION, ALSO INVESTIGATING CRIMES AT ZORRO RANCH. THEIR REQUEST IS THE SAME AS OURS, SO WE ARE DUPLICATIVE IN THAT REQUEST. THE REALITY, THOUGH, AS WE KNOW, IS, IS THAT THEY HAVE YET TO EVEN RELEASE REDACTED FILES, TORRES SAID. THE INFORMATION IN THOSE UNRELEASED FILES ARE CRITICAL TO PROSECUTING THOSE WHO HELPED EPSTEIN, BUT ALSO THOSE WHO MAY HAVE ENGAGED IN CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR AS ZORRO RANCH. WHAT’S IN THERE? WHAT ARE WE NOT? WHY? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? WHY CAN’T WE KNOW WHAT’S IN THOSE FILES? IT’S, YOU KNOW, THE THE CRITICAL PERSON IN THOSE FILES. JEFFREY EPSTEIN IS DEAD. LAST MONTH, THE NEW MEXICO DOJ RELEASED THIS LETTER ASKING FOR EPSTEIN SURVIVORS TO CONTACT THE OFFICE. MEANWHILE, THE EPSTEIN TRUTH COMMISSION HAS ISSUED 14 SUBPOENAS, INCLUDING ONE TO THE U.S. DOJ. BOTH ARE HOPING FOR BREAKTHROUGHS. THERE’S NO GOVERNMENT RECORD THAT CAN BE PROVIDED TO US, THAT HAS BEEN HELD HOLDING THESE FOLKS TO ACCOUNT. ALL RIGHT. TORRES DID NOT RULE OUT LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. HE SAYS HE REMAINS HOPEFUL. ALL OF THE EPSTEIN FILES WILL EVENTUALLY B

Three and a half million redacted pages of the Epstein files have been released by the U.S. Department of Justice in the past year, but millions more remain unreleased, including names, documents, pictures and survivors not yet identified. New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torrez spoke on national television this week, saying unredacted files need to be released to state prosecutors. Torrez said the federal government is preventing his office from pursuing leads into potential criminal activity at Zorro Ranch. Rep. Andrea Romero, who chairs New Mexico’s Epstein Truth Commission, is also investigating crimes at Zorro Ranch. “Their request is the same as ours, so we are duplicative in that request. The reality, though, as we know, is that they have yet to even release redacted files that we’ve requested,” Romero said. Torrez emphasized the importance of the unreleased files in prosecuting individuals who helped Epstein and those who may have engaged in criminal behavior at Zorro Ranch. “What’s in there? What, what, what are we not? Why? Why are you doing this? Why? Why can’t we know what’s in those files? It’s, you know, the critical person in those files, Jeffrey Epstein, is dead,” Torrez said. Last month, Torrez’s office released a letter asking Epstein survivors to contact his office. The Epstein Truth Commission has issued 14 subpoenas, including one to the U.S. Department of Justice. Both entities are hoping for breakthroughs. “There’s no government record that can be provided to us that has been holding these folks to account,” Romero said.
