Police officer rescues cat from side of interstate

A police officer in Dayton, Ohio, recently stepped in to rescue a cat that was stranded on the side of Interstate-75.Dayton Police & Fire said the incident happened on Tuesday afternoon, when the officer was told by a woman driving that the cat was stuck on the highway.After learning about it, the officer was able to locate the cat, which was bleeding, and picked the cat up from the road.The officer put the cat in the car and took the animal to a nearby humane society to be treated.See the video of the rescue from the police in the video above.
