Police are investigating a fatal stabbing that happened in southeast Albuquerque on Tuesday morning. According to police, officers were called to an apartment complex near Eubank Boulevard and Southern Boulevard for a report of a stabbing. Police say when officers arrived, they found one person who had died. Homicide detectives are investigating the incident.
