NMSU Chile Pepper Institute Teaching Garden offering tours

New Mexico State University is offering people a chance to learn about chile peppers. The university is now open for self-guided tours at its Chile Pepper Institute Teaching Garden.

The garden’s theme, flavor nuances, highlight the subtle and unique flavor profiles in more than 150 chile peppers. Tours are free and must be made at the institute. The garden will close for tours around late October.
