NFL Week 6 injury report: Broncos’ Patrick Surtain, Talanoa Hufanga ruled out

Date:

Week 6 of the 2026 NFL season is here and it kicks off on Thursday night with a battle between the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks and the Denver Broncos. Both have relatively short injury reports this week, with just two players listed out for each team ahead of the primetime matchup.

Speaking of injuries, the league is riddled with them this season and it seems the quarterbacks have been hit the hardest. So many starters have already missed time and the season hasn’t even hit the halfway mark. This week, some key QBs could make their return.

Ravens star quarterback Lamar Jackson sat out last week, but has a real chance to return. Former No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams could also be making his highly anticipated return from the hamstring injury that sidelined him for the last three games. The good news for Falcons fans, who watched Tua Tagovailoa struggle in place of an injured Michael Penix Jr. last week, is that the former first-round pick was a full participant in practice.

Another offensive star that could come back this week is Eagles running back Saquon Barkley. With Philly’s offense stale, they could use him back.

Here’s a look at the rest of Wednesday’s injury report:
