NFL Week 5 grades for every team: Patriots, Packers earn ‘A+’ while Raiders, Bears fail

Date:

Welcome to the Week 5 grades!

If we learned one thing this week, it’s that the NFC East might want to send every head coach in the division to some sort of coaching clinic. There are four teams in that division, and somehow none of them won in Week 5, even though there was a game between two NFC East teams.

This entire week has been an absolute nightmare for the coaches in the division.

With that in mind, let’s get to this week’s grades, starting with the tie in Washington.

Giants (3-1-1) 27-27 tie with Commanders (1-3-1)

Ravens (4-1) 30-23 over Falcons (2-3)

49ers (5-0) 32-29 over Seahawks (3-2)

Broncos (3-2) 23-17 over Chargers (0-5)

Lions (3-2) 45-21 over Cardinals (1-4)

Patriots (3-2) 45-17 over Raiders (3-2)

Packers (3-2) 31-7 over Bears (3-2)

Steelers (3-2) 34-22 over Colts (2-3)

Texans (1-4) 26-3 Titans (0-5)

Bengals (3-2) 31-24 over Dolphins (0-5)

Vikings 23-13 over Saints

Jets (2-3) 17-12 over Browns (3-2)

Jaguars (4-1) 19-17 over Eagles (2-3) in London

Buccaneers (1-4) 24-16 over Cowboys (2-3)
