MIKE MAJEWSKI (Ex-DEVOURMENT) Of TRUTH DEVOID Charged With One Count Of Intoxicated Manslaughter And Four Counts Of Intoxicated Assault From Fatal 2025 Crash

In May 2025, Truth Devoid frontman Mike Majewski was involved in a drunk-driving accident in which one person was killed and five others, including Majewski, were critically injured.

It is documented by Texas Department of Public Safety that the crash had occurred on Monday, 12th of May in Dallas, Texas around 1:30am on Dallas’ North Tollway with reports detailing a vehicle, driven by Majewski, was driving in the incorrect lane, sideswiping an 18-wheeler – who’s driver was uninjured – then colliding with another car head-on. The passenger in the impacted car was dead at the scene, with Majewski and another four others being sent to the hospital with serious or critical injuries.

Once released from the hospital, this past Thursday (29th January), Mike Majewski was arrested for his role in the car accident, with four charges of ‘Intoxication Assault with Vehicle – Severe Bodily Injury’ and one charge of ‘Intoxicated Manslaughter with Vehicle,’ and is being held on a $175,000 bond by the Collin County Department of Corrections.
