Lindsie Chrisley is facing legal trouble after being arrested in Georgia on suspicion of DUI.
According to reports, the former Chrisley Knows Best star was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office early Sunday morning (May 24) following a traffic stop that led to multiple charges.
Lindsie has since said she plans to fight the case.
Lindsie Chrisley Arrested on Suspicion of DUI
According to Page Six, the 36-year-old, was arrested around 2 a.m. and booked into county jail before being released a few hours later after posting bail of just under $6,000.
She was charged with:
- driving under the influence
- attempting to elude
- reckless driving
- improper lane change
- speeding
According to TMZ, Lindsie claims the situation unfolded after she tried to avoid a possible accident on a two-lane road.

“I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two lane road because they almost hit an animal and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was,” she told the outlet.
Lindsie reportedly intends to fight the charges.
A Difficult Stretch for Lindsie Chrisley
The arrest comes during an already difficult period in Lindsie’s personal life.
Last month, her now ex-boyfriend David Landsman was arrested in Georgia on charges including felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor battery.
Following the incident, both Lindsie and Landsman reportedly sought temporary restraining orders against each other before later agreeing to a mutual no-contact order requiring them to stay 500 yards apart.
Lindsie Chrisley’s Complicated Family History
Lindsie, the daughter of Todd Chrisley and Teresa Terry, stepped away from Chrisley Knows Best in 2017 and has long had a strained relationship with much of her family.
In 2021, she publicly stated she would “never” reconcile with Todd and Julie Chrisley or several of her half-siblings following years of public tension and family disputes.

Lindsie shares one son, Jackson, with ex-husband Will Campbell, whom she was married to from 2012 to 2021.
