Jelly Roll Smashes Pat McAfee Through a Table

Jelly Roll delivered a critical hit to sports analyst and sometimes-wrestler Pat McAfee during the WWE’s WrestleMania 42 on Saturday night (Apr. 18.)

Jelly climbed onto an announcer’s table and flipped the bird at an already-struggling McAfee, who was laying on a table. Then he jump-slammed him, breaking the table and sending shatters flying in all directions.

McAfee was carted out on a stretcher by medics, but he still managed to flip off the crowd on his way out.

The moment came as part of a headlining matchup between WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton.

Rhodes was going head to head with McAfee, and he was the one who threw the sports announcer onto the table. Then, out came Jelly for the big finale.

Jelly’s big hit to McAfee came as an answer to a moment from earlier this month, when McAfee aligned with Orton by attacking Rhodes with a hit to the jewels.

McAfee may have been stretchered out of the event, but don’t worry too much about him: He was reportedly spotted afterwards at a 50 Cent concert, wearing a neck brace but still partying.

WrestleMania 42 is underway at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium. Things kicked off on Saturday and will continue Sunday night (Apr. 19.) The action is streaming on ESPN+ and Netflix.

How Long Has Jelly Roll Been Wrestling?

Jelly Roll has become a frequent face at WWE events.

His in-ring debut came in 2025, and since then, Jelly’s made a few different appearances. He also starred in an episode of Unreal: WWE, where he spoke about the intense preparation he underwent before his first match, and shared that wrestling has been a goal of his ever since he first rose to fame.

In fact, his Saturday night WrestleMania appearance was a bit of a full-circle moment. During a matchup last August, Jelly himself was laid out on a table and Logan Paul slammed him through the table to the ground in a similar maneuver.
