Have you seen this missing Mesa puppy?

Droog is an eight-month-old chocolate Lab mix who has been missing since May 3.

MESA, Ariz. — Droog, an eight-month-old chocolate Labrador puppy from Mesa, has been missing since May 3, and his owners are asking for your help in finding him.

Mesa Police Department confirmed a police report was filed after the puppy slipped through an unsecured gate on May 3 in the afternoon. Droog has valley fever and was left outside for a brief time, but slipped through a gate left open, his owners told 12News.

He traveled a short distance before he was spotted near a car wash and the couple shared a video of the pup being lured into a car, presumably by people trying to help. But his owners want Droog home soon, as he will likely not do well without his medication.

If you see Droog, call 480-298-2747.
