The investigation started on Saturday, Jan. 28, and led to the arrest of Keller a day later. Law enforcement found Keller allegedly tried to persuade two separate parties to commit the murder of a fellow student in exchange for cash.Keller was booked into the La Plata County Detention Center and has since been released.
