Significant flooding could be seen in areas of Ruidoso and the Ruidoso Downs Race Track amid a flash flood warning.A water rescue was conducted by first responders. The videos above were taken on Wednesday, July 30.The village of Ruidoso said there are water outages and low water pressure being reported in several areas. Water repairs are underway.Several roadways are closed, including Highway 70 from Mescalero Trail to Avalon Boulevard. Pinecrest Drive is also closed at the highway.Other roadway closures include: Reese Drive from Service Road to Meander Drive, Fern Trail from Terrace Drive to Grindstone, Country Club from Rio Street to North Street.Eagle Drive was closed but has since reopened.
