A Shirley, Massachusetts, police sergeant played the role of rescuer on Thursday when a fawn was found stuck in the basement of a recently burned-out house.Shirley police said when officers arrived at the home, the mother deer remained nearby, searching for her baby.Officers entered the basement and safely rescued the fawn.Sgt.
