Nothing quite like a good bicycle to help juvenile offenders get back on the right track. The Farmington Police Department has donated 27 mountain bikes that were previously used by the city’s school resource officer summer camp program to the San Juan County juvenile probation program. The FPD has found that partnerships like this can foster friendship and understanding between law enforcement and young people.
