On the evening of May 31, deputies with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office in South Carolina saved the life of a young child who fell into a swimming pool and stopped breathing.On Tuesday, June 9, the sheriff’s office shared a video of the rescue on social media. The sheriff’s office said thanks to the swift actions, training, and determination of Deputy Jordan Stevenson and Deputy Connor O’Shields, a little girl was given a chance to keep living her story. The post on Facebook read in part:”When deputies answer calls, they never know what they will encounter. Some days it’s enforcing the law. Some days it’s helping someone in need.
