Culver’s has been very good to me. Culver’s, whenever I tell them where the Culver’s barn is, everybody knows where I’m at and who I am, and it’s just awesome, and it’s been awesome at Culver’s, and I hope that we can get back on the same place that we were,” said Michael Zimmerman, a Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, resident. In a statement to Hearst sister station WISN, Culver’s said, thankfully, nobody was injured.”While the barn has become a recognizable symbol, the real story is the land and the people who care for it. This kind of destruction is difficult, and our thoughts are with the farm family as they begin the long work of recovery. We’ll support them however we can as they evaluate the damage and decide what’s right for their farm and their community,” a Culver’s spokesperson said.
