Albuquerque invests in flashing crosswalk safety features outside three middle schools

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Looking to make streets safer for school kids, Albuquerque is putting new safety features on crosswalks outside of three middle schools. It’s called the Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFP).
