In 2009, Scott Owens, who had already been convicted of DWI once before, got into an accident with four teenagers on their way to a party. This week, Dean and Jessica get into this case deep and take a look at testimonies from friends and family of the lost, the New Mexico laws that made the outcome of this case a shock, and what happened to Scott Owens after this sentencing.
