Hayden Panettiere’s ex-fiancé files for temporary guardianship of her estate on behalf of their daughter
Wladimir Klitschko, the ex-fiancé of Hayden Panettiere, filed a petition to serve as her estate’s temporary guardian on behalf of their 11-year-old daughter.

People Magazine reported that Klitschko, 50, filed the temporary guardianship request on behalf of their daughter Kaya, who is the sole beneficiary of Panettiere’s estate, according to court documents obtained by People.
The request was filed on Sept. 24.
According to People, the filing declares the decision should be made “immediately” because it will permit Klitschko “the necessary standing to file Hayden’s Probate Petition and the power to nominate a proposed Administrator of Hayden’s Estate.”
The outlet said the 50-year-old cited concerns, saying if the decision is not immediate, “there is a high probability that property belonging to Hayden’s Estate may be lost, damaged or dissipated before a duly appointed personal representative can be in place to protect it.”
Rolling Stone reported that Klitschko believed “non-family members” who were previously connected to the actress have “accessed and destroyed Hayden’s emails.”
Court papers also stated that the former boxer was informed that certain personal items of Panettiere’s remain unaccounted for, such as jewelry, Rolling Stone said.
Klitschko said some items are currently in the custody of law enforcement in connection with the ongoing investigation into Panettiere’s overdose death.
The “Heroes” actress died from the toxic effects of fentanyl and other drugs on Aug. 16, according to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office, which ruled her death an accident.
