WNBA championship and Finals MVP odds: Lynx head into playoffs as clear favorites

The Minnesota Lynx will head into the 2026 WNBA playoffs with +115 odds to win the Finals, making them the clear favorites. That said, they were actually bigger favorites in the final weeks of the regular season, reaching odds-on status, but lengthened to their current level once the playoff picture began to take shape.

The perennially contending Las Vegas Aces are next on the odds board at +475, followed by the Golden State Valkyries at +600; the 2025 expansion team entered its second season of play with long 45-1 odds to win the championship. The Atlanta Dream (+750) and Indiana Fever (+950), who remain the biggest sportsbook liability, round out the top five.

Minnesota’s title pursuit will begin with a series against the New York Liberty, who began the season favored to win the title at +220 but are now a much longer 14-1. The Liberty are +280 in their series with the Lynx, who are -350.

Sportsbooks have also released odds for Finals MVP, with Minnesota’s Napheesa Collier and Olivia Miles leading the way at +320 and +350, respectively, per DraftKings lines. A’ja Wilson (+500), Gabby Williams (12-1) and Caitlin Clark (16-1) complete the top five.
