The Sikeston (Mo.) Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo is investing $3.5 million to rebuild its bucking chutes, add a permanent entertainment stage and expand its premium seating. The project will be complete for the 75th annual rodeo, which runs Aug. 11-14, 2027, where contestants will compete for more than $200,000.
