While details surrounding the birth have largely been kept under wraps since photos of Gaga wearing a sling surfaced last weekend, multiple outlets have reportedly revealed Baby Gaga’s name, gender, and date of birth.
The couple welcomed a baby girl at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on June 9, according to multiple media reports. As for Baby Gaga’s name? The outlet reports that Gaga and Michael went with Rose Bean Polansky, which Little Monsters might recognize as a nod to pivotal moments in her iconic music career.

An insider separately told People that the name was inspired by the song “La Vie En Rose,” which Gaga has performed numerous times in her career, including in her 2018 Oscar-winning movie, A Star Is Born. The Grammy winner also paid homage to the track with a large rose tattoo down her spine.
As for the baby’s middle name, the source claims that it was probably inspired by activist Carl Bean, who was also the muse behind Gaga’s LGBTQIA+ anthem, “Born This Way.” (Another song she’s gotten tattooed!)
While Gaga and Michael have remained silent amid reports of their baby’s birth, another source told People that the singer “sounds very happy” and that she “always wanted to be a mom.”
“Right now, she’s enjoying being away from the public eye and having this special time with the baby,” the insider shared. “Michael is great with the baby. They’re figuring everything out together. She doesn’t want to miss any of it.”
