The midfielder has impressed since making his breakthrough in MLS as a 14-year-old and has cemented his place in the senior team at Philadelphia Union this season, with six goals and five assists in 23 league appearances. That form has earned him a place in Mauricio Pochettino’s most-recent USMNT squad. Sullivan has already agreed to join Manchester City when he turns 18, but the report claims Spain‘s top two are keeping a close eye on his development and could swoop if he doesn’t make the breakthrough into their first XI quickly.
– Arsenal are interested in a move for AFC Bournemouth forward Junior Kroupi in January once he has recovered from injury, says Football.London. Kroupi, 20, scored 13 goals in 35 games last season as the Cherries sealed European football for the first time, but the club would consider offers of over £80 million to let him go. The 20-year-old has struggled to assert himself in David Moyes’ immediate plans, having failed to make a Premier League appearance so far this season.
