Lantheus Holdings to Be Acquired for Initial $6.7 Billion

Curium said it would pay $102.50 a share in cash for Lantheus, a 2.9% premium to Friday’s closing price of $99.64 and 8.5% above Lantheus’s closing price of $94.47 on May 21, before Bloomberg reported that Curium was circling the company.
