Water worries in Tularosa – a strict no-watering restriction is in effect
A no-watering restriction is in place for Tularosa residents until further notice.
TULAROSA, N.M. —
Water is in short supply in the Village of Tularosa, and officials want residents to do their part to conserve as a no-watering restriction is in place until further notice.
In a social media post, Village officials say water tanks are nearly empty and have asked people to minimize water usage.
Outdoor watering is currently not allowed in the village and citations will be given to anyone watering while restrictions are in place. It is not known how long the water restrictions will remain in place.
