Bosque Farms shows off civic pride with its annual community fair

BOSQUE FARMS, N.M. —
The 87th annual Bosque Farms Community Fair brought out plenty of spirit and civic pride. Smiles were seen everywhere, as the two-day event concluded on Saturday with a number of family-oriented events.
This year’s community fair had something for everyone. There was the annual parade and car show, a cornhole competition, a chile judging contest and the family fun dance.
“I think it’s important that people in the community come closer together especially in times like this right now,” said Mark Wall. “The tighter our community is together, then the more we are able to stand together.”

This year’s parade saluted two winners: Bosque Farms’ Yucca Little League, which just completed its most successful season ever with 350 participants, and Desert Greens Equipment.
