Chris Young will not only turn 41 years old on June 12, but that’s also the day the deluxe version of his album I Didn’t Come Here to Leave drops.
Young stopped by the Taste of Country Nights studio ahead of the release, and I wanted to get all the tea on how the country superstar celebrates his birthdays — and who gave him the best birthday gift he’s ever received.
“I will say my mom had the coolest gift for my 40th,” the “Famous Friends” singer shared. “She didn’t tell me, but, she went and got a titanium Rolex for me and totally surprised the heck out of me. I just was not expecting that.”
How Much Are Rolex Titanium Watches?
If you are like me and have zero clue how much money a titanium Rolex is, the good ole internet tells us that titanium Rolex watches start around $16,050 and resell on the secondary market for: $24,000 – $27,000.

What Chris Young Has Gifted His Mom
When I asked Young if he’d ever reciprocated such a generous gift for his mom, he laughed and said, “Oh, I’ve already gotten her a watch. Don’t worry, that’s already happened. Anybody watching this, please don’t think that I haven’t gotten my mom anything, ever… I would be a horrible son.”

Young is thriving on his new record label, Black River Entertainment, which is also home to Kelsea Ballerini. As of June 12, he will have released two full albums with the label.
Prior to joining Black River, Young spent 19 years with RCA Records before departing the label in 2024.

Country Stars With Their Own Bars + Restaurants

These places feel like home for many of these singers. Over the years, several artists have gotten into the bar or restaurant game, and for a select few, brands have turned into franchises with several locations and/or concepts — we’re looking at you, Jimmy Buffett!
Let’s take a look at the country star food and entertainment venues that have opened over the years.
