An investigation is underway after a person was shot in a police shooting in northeast Albuquerque.A police spokesperson said a person was shot and has been transported to a local hospital. No officers were injured in the shooting, which happened in the area of Osuna Road and Jefferson Street NE. The Albuquerque Police Department said the Multi-Agency Task Force has responded to investigate.The shooting happened on Tuesday evening, June 2. Police are expected to provide an update late Tuesday.
