Free vaccine clinics available around New Mexico in August

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The New Mexico Department of Health is offering free vaccinations for children 18-years-old and under throughout August. The Got Shots clinics around the state give families a chance get caught up on required shots ahead of the school year.

Got Shots clinics will provide free vaccines to children regardless of insurance status. “Disease prevention begins with vaccinations, so protect yourselves and your loved ones by staying up to date with your shots,” manager of NMDOH’s immunization program Andrea Romero said in a release.
