Tucker Wetmore on Overseas Concerts: ‘They’re Super Respectful’

2026 ACM New Male Artist of the Year winner Tucker Wetmore just wrapped up his Brunette World Tour on April 28 in London, UK at O2 Forum Kentish Town.

Just before he hopped onto a plane to come back home to America, he popped on with me on Taste of Country Nights.

I asked him what the major difference is between American crowds opposed to overseas ones.

“They’re super respectful over here, I’d say,” the “Brunette” singer says. “Not that they’re not in the states, it’s just different. It’s different and I can’t really explain it. Honestly, slamming beers and having a good time.”

“Obviously there’s different concert etiquette and that’s something that I’m learning,” he continues.

“Some crowds are more intent on what you’re doing up there on stage, more directed to focusing on the show instead of having a crazy party time.”

Zooming out to look at all the legs on his world tour as a whole, he says, “I feel like on this run [overseas] it’s been a good mix of both and it’s been like, every show is crazy. People singing and screaming the songs and jumping up and down.”

Wetmore will kick off part 2 of his Brunette World Tour June 21 in Uncasville, Conn.

What Award Did Tucker Win at the 2026 ACMs

Wetmore just won his first-ever ACM award for New Male Artist.

That trophy is handed out ahead of the awards show, which will take place on May 17 in Las Vegas. That was the only category he was nominated in and he scored the win.
