We are at that point in Ella Langley‘s career that it is almost awkward if you don’t know who she is — even small children are jamming out to her new record, Dandelion.
One of those kids is Jon Pardi‘s oldest daughter, Presley.
Pardi was a guest on Country Countdown USA with Lon Helton. He was asked to give an update on his family, and that’s when Pardi dropped this gem for us.
“Presley is a huge Ella Langley fan,” he shared. “She loves ‘Dandelion’ and ‘Choosin’ Texas.’ She’s jammin’ out to that. She doesn’t request my songs. Only Ella Langley.”
Her daddy has six No. 1 songs on the Hot Country Songs chart, and not a one of them impresses her like Langley’s songs do. That’s why kids are the best — they don’t know what they don’t know.
Update on Jon Pardi’s Marriage
It seems as if all is great at the Pardi party.
The two appear together in some steamy scenes in his new music video for his song “Boots Off.”

Pardi says, “That was the good part. We could really be romantic on screen. I wrote it about Summer. We wanted to make it about a romantic night in a nice hotel. So we did it at the Grand Hyatt in Nashville.”

The “Dirt on My Boots” singer says, “Presley just turned 3. Sienna is 18 months. They grow up so quick. We call Presley a three-nager. She’s on her headphones, watching a movie, they’re both fun.”
