All No. 4 produced was a very salty EP of breakup songs.
- On Monday (April 20), Brooks and Rae hard-launched their relationship during Season 24 of American Idol.
- This breaks a loveless streak on the show, as it had been three seasons without a pairing.
- Four of these eight couples are still together, and three are married as of April 2026.

American Idol Contestants Who’ve Gotten Married
Gabby Barrett is the most famous American Idol finalist to find a husband on the show. She and Cade Foehner met during Season 16 of the show and married in October of 2019. Since then, they’ve had three kids.
Other less famous finalists met and married on the show (keep reading), but there’s one we didn’t include.
Technically, Season 5 finalist Katherine McPhee met future husband David Foster when he mentored her season, but they wouldn’t start dating or get married until a decade later, after her first marriage ended.

Also not included on this list are rumored but never confirmed romances. So, if you believed Casey Abrams and Haley Reinhard dated, we’ve got nothing for you.
