Sadie Robertson grew up with her life displayed for thousands to see on national television when Duck Dynasty first hit the scene.
It was a ritual that became normal for her as she grew up with cameras in and around her every day life.
Now at 28 years old, Sadie is married and has three daughters of her own!

Why Did Sadie Robertson Huff Choose to Share Her Children’s Lives Online?
During an interview with Taste of Country, Sadie talked about what it was like being on television growing up, and how that refined her outlook on having her children on reality TV.
“I was the kid,” she points out. “I was the kid on TV and look what it positioned me for in my life. I’m so thankful for that.”
Both Sadie and her husband Christian have boundaries and make it a point to be mindful of what parts of their kids’ lives they’re sharing online.
“We also trust God with it and we know that this is bigger than us.” She shares. “I’m so thankful my parents let me be a kid on TV. I was the kid [who] witnessed some embarrassing moments of my life [on TV]. I was having my first date! At least Kit is just looking all cute as a baby.”
Sadie Robertson Huff Shares Her Best Parenting Advice
Not every mom has to balance parenting small children with maintaining a very public life. But every parent can relate to another part of motherhood that Robertson has learned about since welcoming her oldest daughter, Honey.
She shared her best piece of parenting advice, and it’s something every parent-to-be should take to heart.
“Take a breath and enjoy it,” she smiles. “You can stress over so many little things, and every moment feels like the biggest deal.”
She went on to emphasize that taking a pause during the day is the best thing a mother can do for herself.
“Take a breath and say, ‘This is the baby God has given me,” she states. “I’m the best person for the job because I’m their mom.”
For Sadie, she expressed that she personally leans on the Holy Spirit and prayer, asking God how she should parent.
What Is It Like Being a Parent of Three Children?
“To me, it was harder with the first because I was the first-time mom and didn’t know what I was doing,” she begins. “Now with three, yeah there are more kids and it’s crazier, but I feel confident and that sets the tone in our house so differently.”
She adds that how she and her husband enter their family really sets the tone. If she’s anxious or a peaceful presence, her children are going to feel and feed off of that energy.

Sadie Robertson Huff and her husband Christian Huff share Honey James, who was born in May 2021, and Haven Belle, who was born in May 2023. Kit Carroway joined the family in August of 2025.
