Staley is a former Special Olympics athlete who has medals in sports such as track and field and snowshoeing.It was school that first brought him to the pizza shop. “It was a class program in high school where I did internships,” Staley said.He has been with Constantly Pizza for 8 years, and his role is expanding.”Now, he’s merging to working on the grill, so we kind of are developing his skills as we go along,” Constant said. “He’s great, an excellent employee.”Staley, who makes a killer lasagna, said he loves working in the kitchen.”I guess experimenting with different things and new ideas,” he said.Brothers and owners John and Dave Constant said working with former Special Olympics athletes makes their business better. “They bring a lot to our business.
