HIDALGO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – A federal inmate at the Hidalgo County Detention Facility has tested positive for measles. The New Mexico Department of Health said that they have not identified any locations where exposure may have occurred and are coordinating with Hidalgo County to minimize the spread.
